    Family Law is …
Family Law is synonymous for communism .
Wake up America your families are under siege taken from the inside out throughout the once U.S.A

  2. RAVENWILDCHILD says:

    I am in a crappy …
I am in a crappy situation, but not quite as bad as yours. However the judgement is absurd and I am the mom who wasnt awarded custody. I keep my nose clean while dad has warrants in Indiana fleeing to alaska with my boy taking most of the year from me including his birthday. I do keep in mind that someday my son will know and that will be justice in the long run until then I am going to expose that judge as much as I can. I am sorry for what she did on behalf of the good women out there

  3. LetArtsLive says:

    i have had custody …
i have had custody for 9 years now no problems except every time i file a paper in family court for a reason like my kids moms husband kicked the door down its dismissed. So now she files for custody and says both children are failing school. One has been for 7 years and they pass him.Judges here in batavia ny are not elected. They never have had an opponent since i was a child.Batavia ny genesee county courts reek of injustice here.

  4. agmdfl says:

    Our US Federal …
Our US Federal Government has been systematically breaking down the family unit in this country for 50 years. Those who are part of the system repeat the mantra “best interest of the child” but no one can tell you what that really means. We all know. It means “which parent can we get the most money out of for Title IV money from the Feds”. One parent gets rewarded; one parent gets cast out; and all the children lose. Wake up society.

    Very well done. I …
Very well done. I hope this video helps those that need it. The thing I found so profound in my husband’s case, was the GAL stating, “You feel the child’s mother is alienating him from you, so you wish to remove the child from her care and prevent her from seeing him? How is that fair?” But, to continue allowing the PA against my husband is fair? He did not want to prevent her from seeing her son, just wanted the child to know he was allowed to love both of his parents. We love him still.

    Dear Dad:

My heart is with you. Your video is posted on my Facebook (Janette Isaacs). You may Google my name (Janette Isaacs) or my son’s name, Jaymus Isaacs. Our stories are the same. Our pictures are the same. I would love to meet and hug you. We are all with you and trying our best to achieve reform. Please know that your efforts to expose this public corruption in our family courts has not gone un-noticed. I am here if you need a shoulder (818) 772-6974

    forfatherlessfive: …
forfatherlessfive: I can tell you’re in pain, and you feel helpless at this time. I don’t believe you’ll find a “team of attorneys” that will help you. Oh, they’ll take your money, of course. Attorneys stick together. They’ll collude with the opposition to milk you for everything you have, and you’ll be no better off.

  8. iamcora1 says:

Sad as it is, CO …
Sad as it is, CO and MN are onlt two of the many corrupt states. My vote in for the state of MD whose child support system is not only slanted against fathers, but have a terrible record for trying to correct obvious wrongs bought out by any half-decent lawyer who would even try to take on the bureaucratic dragon!

  9. forfatherlessfive says:

    The OCSE likes when …
The OCSE likes when states cheat the child support system so they can ask for larger and larger appropriations each year. They are just as much involved in the racketeering and the raping of our families, and may be even be encouraging Governors to use federal funding to balance their budgets or may be orchestrating it altogether. And, the corruption may go all the way to the top of DHHS.

    TELL ALL YOUR LEGISLATORS!

  10. forfatherlessfive says:

    Thanks for your …
Thanks for your comments. Feel free to send this video to your legislators anytime. I made this just about the time I was going to federal authorities with my complaints about case fixing in family law and in the Title IV-D program.

The federal authorities seem to be corrupt too. For example, instead of reporting their knowledge of the cheating of the child support program by CO and MN, the OCSE assisted in perpetuating the crimes I reported to them. They are aiding and abetting the states.

  11. iamcora1 says:

    Actually, no! The …
Actually, no! The govt doesn’t want gay marriage either. The govt wants only those things that are profittable for its own. Federa and state laws carry with them pre-set mandates–among them, 1) To make sure the man have no say in the matter (men told women to shut-up much too long), and 2) To allow two measures of justice for women for every single measure for men! (This is why women don’t have to come to court during child support procedures oftimes).

  12. iamcora1 says:

    SECOND: Even when …
SECOND: Even when the (US) Govt is wrong they will still contend that they are right! Where civil rights are concerned we are no better than Myanmar, North Korea, China or Iran… To say that men have been given the crap end of the stick is an understatement… It used to be just minorities–now it affects everyone!

Let me suggest that during the elections, this become a hot topic for everyman with clout–and many without–to ring-up! We need new legislation now!!!!

  13. iamcora1 says:

    FIRST: No question, …
FIRST: No question, the system is heavy lopsided against the fathers and the legislature needed should commence on a federal level. Does the federal gov’t have something to gain from this criminally structured system? Of course they do! In many many ways–(I am thinking of at least a half dozen… there may be more).

Our representatives will not tackle it because the feds made it an organization that is too big and intimidating to deal with! Yes, the nations laws are UNFAIR!!!

  14. 006006006006 says:

    You should send …
You should send this to Will wagener, or Glen Beck.

  15. CPSSucks says:

    Be careful what you …
Be careful what you wish for though, because the judges are using this to put children with abusers. The courts want to do whatever people up most. People don’t realize how evil and sadistic they are.

  16. CPSSucks says:

    CPS and the whoring …
CPS and the whoring courts love destroying families. They despise children, they despise heterosexual relationships, they despise marriage, unless it is GAY MARRIAGE. They want to fuel whatever fires there may be, and they can do a great job of it. Shame on all men and women who are in it for the money, and destroying children and perverting justice and society.

  17. caltrop69 says:

    I’m pleased to see …
I’m pleased to see that someone has recognized the child support agency for what they are: “the dogs.”

Everyone attacks this agency, but it’s a red herring.

“Child Support” is the police officer who gives you a speeding ticket, due to a stupid speed LIMIT.

Those who MAKE the decisions are more important than those who enforce them…Which is why I don’t understand all these videos attacking the child support agency.

They can’t do a damned thing for you. They’re an ENFORCEMENT agency.

  18. addvoc8 says:

    Judges & their …
Judges & their posses here are worse than the most corrupt in Mexico. Here they torture & hold children hostage to extort big money out of extended families on BOTH sides, promoting strife, promising “winner takes all.” Both really lose, esp kids.

Historically, many judges and their hangers-on have figured out how to reign, rape & pillage a village in the name of “justice,” looking good doing so. Our forefathers warned us that judges and their posses can become the worst of all criminals.

  19. bloggerjoe says:

    I agree, it is a …
I agree, it is a govt. scam… as Alec Baldwin calls it, the “family law industry.”

Before fathers/income earners even enter the process, they have no idea that they are simply about to be run through a sequence of pre-determined events. (It’s ALL been planned).

Victims of alimony-fraud and custody hijacking need to organize and challenge the govt.

Victims also should STOP contributing to charities, community events etc… and make it clear to charities that the “state” has taken the money.

  20. forfatherlessfive says:

    It would be great …
It would be great if, like you said, all divorces started as an administrative process that presumed equality in everything: custody, asset division, child support, etc. Then, if and only if one party had PROOF that the other party should have their rights limited or forfeited they could contest it in court. Unfortunately, there is such a huge financial incentive for the courts and custodial parent to use our kids as pawns, it will be difficult to get any commonsense system in place.

  21. Disadentry says:

    The only legal …
The only legal resolution I can see is a legislative change to a system of : The automatic legal recognition and enforcement of equality of parental custody and access after divorce without the need for courts or legal action. What I found is that the callous disregard for legal obligations for equality are a violation and disrespect for men in Family Courts and the constitution in your country and mine.

    I’ve been a member …
I’ve been a member of his site for a while now – He’ll be one of the most instrument advocates of family law reform in the U.S. It amazes me to see what some parents and government officials will do to get more than what they deserve – what a sickening display with absolutely no regard for the children being harmed. Thanks for your support.

  23. RoselandIndiana says:

    System is obviously …
System is obviously broken. Google Glenn Sacks. Rally around his group. Fathers rights are too spread out to make an impact, and you have a few on “our side” who to are just looking for money.

  24. forfatherlessfive says:

    Keep your spirits …
Keep your spirits up, jtz1072. More and more, I’m reading success stories about parents exposing parental alienation and getting more time with their kids. Recent cases in Canada show that judges are realizing that parental alienation is child abuse and are removing the abused children from the alienator’s care. Hopefully, U.S. judges will start doing the same.

  25. jtz1072 says:

    I’m just tired of …
I’m just tired of the system; she never let me see my son and one weekend I missed to try and see him….she sends me an email saying I’m a lier. I live 4 hours away from my son…and everytime I tried seeing my son;she’d refused to let me; and just that one time I didn’t try…she says I lied and that i’m a queer. and the System….just collecting my money and nothing happens to her. God protect our children.
